- How are payments made?
Payments are made through Venmo or Cash - What is the process?
Once you book a service, we will reply with scheduling a meet and greet that will occur before the booking time. Even though it is *highly recommended*, especially for house sittings, to set up a meet and greet before the anticipated booking time, we understand if you have a busy schedule . We will sort out key pick-ups/drop-offs and other details through email.
If you have any inquiries, send a message through our site. - Do you charge for meet and greets?
The first meet and greet is free. Any additional meet and greets/consultations needed to be made will cost $20. We're certain one meet and greet will be enough but we have no problem with another! - How long does a meet and greet last?
Anywhere up to 30 minutes! - Do you charge for key pickup/drop-offs?
Yes, for a key pick up it is a $10 fee. Likewise a key drop off is $10.
If you have a lockbox or electronic key pad to enter your residence , that is great! You won't need to pay for these services then. - What do I need to provide for the walks?
Just your pup's leash or anything you would usually bring (jacket/rain coat). We provide the poop bags! - Do you provide dog training services?
No, we currently don't at this time. Maybe in the future! - How are E-books received?
Once a Venmo payment is made, the e-book will be sent via email!
