Here are our current refund policies:

Walk & Check-ins Cancelation and Refund:

• Up to 24 hours cancelation- Let us know of your changed plan up to 24 hours of your scheduled booking for a walk or check-in and we will get back to you and grant you a full refund. No problem!
• Same day cancelation- For cancelation requests that are made the same day of the visit after 8:30 am, no refunds will be granted. If requests are made before this time, then a full refund will be granted. 

Sittings Cancelation and Refund:

• 4 or more days- You will be granted a full refund.
• 2-3 days- You will be granted 50% refund. 
• Same day -1 day before- No refunds will be granted. 
• Due to the nature of the sitting services provided, there are no refunds given for unused nights, should the client decide to end the sitting earlier than scheduled.
